![]() ![]() I played with different settings in either the file-> save as others-> PDF of reduced size and File-> Save As-> optimized other PDF. With this new version of Acrobat Pro XI, this same file of 10 MB barely reduced up to 7 or 8 MB. The file could then be easily sent, share, read, and especially don't take tons of hard drive space. In my old version of Acrobat Pro, I used to be able to take a large PDF file (let's say 10 MB) and shrink considerably down with relative ease (less than 1 MB).
